Return & Exchange Policy
Eligible for Return or Exchange:

Products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at hello@lovkart.com, along with clear unboxing videos and images.

Product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

Personalized or customized products (e.g., name frames, couple timelines).

Change of mind, personal dislike after delivery.

Late claims (after 48 hours of delivery).
We hope you understand that customized products are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold.
Exchange Process

Email us at hello@lovkart.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Attach unboxing video, photos, and mention the issue clearly.

Our team will review the request and respond within 1–2 working days.

If approved, we will:

Replace the item (if stock is available), or

Provide store credit or discount coupon if replacement is not feasible.

Refunds
Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

Product is out of stock after order is placed.

Order is canceled before it is processed.

In rare situations where we are unable to fulfill your order due to operational limitations.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed, especially for personalized items. We start working on them quickly to ensure timely delivery.
Return Shipping

In case of eligible returns/exchanges, Lovkart.com will arrange return pickup or guide you through the return shipping process.

You are not required to pay return shipping charges for damaged or incorrect items.
