Thank you for shopping at Lovkart.com. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • All orders are processed within 12 hours of being placed.

  • We aim to dispatch all products within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 24–48 working hours, depending on your location.

Please note: Orders placed on Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Some remote or non-serviceable areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. We'll notify you in such cases.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹899.

  • For orders below ₹699, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee (if available).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status.

Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to origin. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Delays or Exceptions

While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays due to weather, courier issues, or high demand (e.g., during festivals) may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
